PS1
Cette (petite) semaine, nous avons profité une dernière fois de l’installation autour du train. Ceux qui ne l’avais pas encore vu ont pu la découvrir et les autres on continuer l’exploration démarré la semaine précédente. Les tubes « tunnels », les ponts et les toboggans ont eu beaucoup de succès. Les enfants ont également porté une grande attention aux photos d’eux lors de notre sortie à la gare.
De plus, nous avons ajouté des cartes de vocabulaire autour du monde du train ! Comme vous pouvez le voir, les enfants s’intéressent beaucoup à la documentation présente sur les murs, en particulier celles concernant le projet du train ! Nous avons encore beaucoup de choses à explorer et approfondir sur ce sujet !
Pour finir, nous avons profité de la pluie pour observer un vers de terre et aller à la chasse aux escargots !
PS2 et PS3
We are hosting 5 new friendly caterpillars at L’ecoline. They arrived on Monday morning, and we spent two days observing how they move, eat, and produce the silk that will be used as a cocoon for their transformation. The children were very happy and enjoyed drawing them at this stage. We will see how they change after the long weekend.

Additionally, we were super lucky to find a caterpillar on a leaf in the canape forestier, allowing us to observe a different specie than the one we have at school.
Fun fact: Caterpillars have more muscles than humans – around 4,000 compared to our 600!
