MINISCHOOLS
Welcome to the Minischool section! We have had a lovely first week together, and we are so lucky to have such a great group. We’ve spent the first days taking it slow, giving each child the time and space to feel comfortable and secure in the space and with each other.
We’ve already encountered our first big question, when we saw a fallen tree trunk on our walk outside. What happened? We’ve formed some hypotheses and have brought back a piece of wood to investigate further.
We have explored different artistic mediums and techniques, such as drawing, painting, and clay. These first encounters enable the children to try out mediums that will be routinely available and evolve into expressive languages.
Above all, we have been sharing really joyful days together and our school year is off to a great start!
